Yesterday a subscriber spotted who appeared to be the porch pirate. He’s the black male that carries the white backpack that looks like a cooler. He was near South/Mandell around 3pm. I was unable to catch him.

If I were to come across a male matching that description, I will lawfully detain and identify the suspicious person. Then I will then contact the individuals whom sent me the videos of the packages he stole and pursue a charge.
